This page explains how personal data is processed on zettmedical.com, operated by Zett Medical ("Zett Medical"), as our information notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. What data we process and how we collect it
- Enquiries and quote requests: name, clinic/organisation, email address, phone (if you share it) and message content. The contact form opens your email app and sends the message to info@zettmedical.com; information you send by phone, WhatsApp or email is covered too.
- Server logs: IP address, browser/device details, page visited, date and time, recorded automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security and operation.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
The site has no accounts, payments or card data collection.
3. Purposes
- Responding to enquiries and quote requests and providing product and supply information,
- Establishing and running commercial relationships,
- Keeping the website secure and detecting abuse and errors,
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights,
- With your consent only: measuring visit statistics (Google Analytics) and showing external content such as a map.
4. Legal bases
Under KVKK Art. 5/2: necessity for establishing or performing a contract (quotes and supply), compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and our legitimate interests (site security, replying to requests) without harming your fundamental rights. Analytics and external-content cookies rely solely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie Preferences".
5. Transfers
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data may be transferred only to: infrastructure and hosting providers (cloud platform Vercel Inc.; email providers), whose servers may be located abroad (USA/Europe), in line with KVKK Art. 9; Google (Google Maps and Google Analytics 4) only after you consent to that category; and competent public authorities where required by law. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, without requests to third-party servers.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as required by statutory retention and limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Server logs are kept only briefly. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under Art. 7 and notification to recipients,
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request with identity-verifying details to info@zettmedical.com or in writing to our address. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).
9. Security, children, third-party links, changes
All access uses encrypted HTTPS and is limited to authorised staff. The site is aimed at professionals (clinics, orthodontists, laboratories), not at persons under 18. Links to external sites (e.g. Instagram, Eksen Digital) are governed by those sites' own privacy practices. We may update this notice; the current version and its date are always on this page.
